We appreciate your interest in the Festival, which takes place in downtown Greensboro on September 8th, 9th, and 10th, 2023. Admission is FREE, and no tickets are needed to attend!

FOOD VENDING
If your question is about a food truck, food service tent, or other food vending operation at the NC Folk Fest, please view information at ncfolkfestival.com/food, where you can view the guidelines, sign up to be notified when applications next open, and get in touch with the appropriate staff person. Our vendors are selected annually by an application and adjudication process.
NC MAKERS MARKETPLACE
If your question about crafts vending (including packaged Got To Be NC food products) at the NC Folk Fest, please view the information at ncfolkfestival.com/makers-marketplace, where you can view the guidelines, sign up to be notified when applications next open, and get in touch with the appropriate staff person. Our vendors are selected annually by an application and adjudication process.
PERFORMERS
If your question is about participation in the event as a musical artist or other performing group, please do not use this form. Requests to perform and the NC Folk Fest via this form will not receive a response. VOLUNTEERS
If your question is about volunteering at the event, or if you are already registered as a volunteer, you should contact your team leader first. If you are unsure who to contact, reach out to the volunteer coordinator – you can find their direct contact at ncfolkfestival.com/volunteer.
PRESS & MEDIA REQUESTS

TABLING & INFORMATION CANVASSING
If your question is about tabling, passing out literature, or other canvassing during the NC Folk Fest, please do not use this form. Some Sponsorship levels include on-site activations, which may suit your needs.
LOST ITEM CLAIM
If you would like to submit a lost item claim, please use this form. We will reply to claims as soon as possible after the close of the festival. Items not claimed after 30 days will be discarded.
