Teacher and first responder perks

The North Carolina Folk Festival wants to celebrate Educators and First Responders for the amazing work they do all year round.  Besides offering a free music festival for everyone, this year we are adding special treats just for educators and first responders.

1.  VIP Giveaway.

We will pick 4 winners to get 2 VIP wristbands for the weekend.  This giveaway is open ONLY to Educators and First Responders across the State of North Carolina.

2.  Friday Night Hospitality Lounge just for Educators and First Responders.

This lounge in the Cadillac Garage is close to our City Stage.  Entry is allowed if you have a valid School System or First Responder Badge/ID.  The lounge will have snacks, water, some swag and of course Air Conditioning and Restrooms.  It is open from 5:30-8:00pm on Friday, September 6.

3.  Discounts at Downtown Greensboro Businesses

We are working businesses in downtown Greensboro to offer special discounts for the Festival weekend (Sept 6-8) if you show your official badge. A comprehensive list will be emailed out before the festival but be sure to enter the giveaway or sign up for our newsletters HERE.
