Call for Food and Marketplace Vendors to participate in the 2024 NC Folk Fest (Sept 6-8)

There are two opportunities to participate as a vendor at the NC Folk Fest:  as a food vendor or as a handmade marketplace vendor.

Applications for 2024 NC Folk Fest Food Vendors have CLOSED.

Food Vendors

Food trucks and booths serve thousands of NC Folk Fest audiences each year. Eligible food vendors submit an application that is evaluated on the following criteria: product quality and uniqueness; previous vending experience (serving large crowds); overall presentation; and business location (local/regional). Food Vendor spaces are limited.

NOTE: All applicants must check a box in their application affirming they have read and understand the 2024 Food Vendor Guidelines and NCFF/Health Dept/Fire Code Guidelines.  Applications will not successfully be submitted if this box is unchecked.  Application Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Applications do not guarantee acceptance.

NC Makers Marketplace Vendors

Marketplace vendors of handmade items sell their wares to thousands of NC Folk Fest audiences each year. Marketplace vendors submit an application that is evaluated on the following criteria: technical quality of work; uniqueness of design; booth set-up and presentation of items; business location (local/regional). Marketplace spaces are limited.
