Folk In The Park Cancelled

North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper held a briefing today at 4 pm to update the public on the state’s response to COVID-19. Governor Cooper advised postponing or canceling gatherings of more than 100 people. This guidance is in effect for the entire state. City of Greensboro leadership supports the governor’s recommendation. Based on these recommendations, and out of sensitivity to growing concerns about mass gatherings of people across North Carolina, we have decided to cancel our March 21 Folk in the Park event.
